girlfriend. three males similarly described silver handgun approach him and announce a robbery and he tries to run and runs southbound and as running across the intersection they fire a struck and he gets struck in the back and falls to the ground. as laying on the ground they run up to him and go through his pockets. i'm not sure if they got anything or not. the victim's headphones fell off on the sidewalk there. he can only describe three young african-american males one light skinned. >> well that was one crime. other guy robbed of $50, four blocks away 58 street and three guys vague description on all three, and so far we have got heard of them robbing anybody else. built, if you will be walking a loan at night and out numbered by three guys that's bad enough. when one has a gun and shoots you or pistol whips you you're at a disadvantage. karen hepp.

taking a look at the construction in puerto rico these are some of the first images chris o'connell and photographer tom beck saw as they landed on hurrican hurricane-ravaged island yesterday. they were on american airlines plane carrying relief to people of puerto rico. people like adults. babies stuck at the airport for days waiting for a flight out. many without food and water while the generator is back on at the airport there's no air conditioning. the plane delivered supplies like generators, water, diapers, food, for the many stranded across the island water is scarce. most of puerto rico 3.5 million don't have electricit electricity. back at home we see family members waiting at philadelphia international airport for loved ones to arrive from devastated homeland. it's been really hard for people here in our city to make contact with anyone on that island. >> we tried. i called avenue day.
